Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, integrations, Service Portal customization, Now Assist, and Virtual Agent implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, API integrations, workflow automation, custom application development, CMDB, CSDM and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, integrate, and support ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service delivery, self-service experiences, and operational efficiency.
- Implement and support core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Develop and maintain platform customizations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations, Scripted REST APIs, and MID Server-based integrations with enterprise applications like Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Jira.
- Configure and support ServiceNow Now Assist (Generative AI) capabilities including incident summarization and knowledge generation.
- Implement Virtual Agent, chatbot flows, NLU models, and self-service automation.
- Manage CMDB, reporting, dashboards, Performance Analytics, App Engine Studio, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Tech Stack & Requirements:
- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong expertise in ITSM processes, platform customization, and workflow automation.
- Proven experience with API integrations and third-party platform connectivity.
- Experience with Virtual Agent, NLU, and Generative AI (Now Assist) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile delivery methodology experience.
Mandatory Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ITIL v4 or v5 Foundation Certification.
