The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, API integrations, workflow automation, custom application development, CMDB, CSDM and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Design, develop, integrate, and support ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service delivery, self-service experiences, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Implement and support core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Asset Management, and CMDB.\n\n- Develop and maintain platform customizations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.\n\n- Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations, Scripted REST APIs, and MID Server-based integrations with enterprise applications like Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Jira.\n\n- Configure and support ServiceNow Now Assist (Generative AI) capabilities including incident summarization and knowledge generation.\n\n- Implement Virtual Agent, chatbot flows, NLU models, and self-service automation.\n\n- Manage CMDB, reporting, dashboards, Performance Analytics, App Engine Studio, Discovery, and Service Mapping.\n\nTech Stack & Requirements:\n\n- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.\n\n- Strong expertise in ITSM processes, platform customization, and workflow automation.\n\n- Proven experience with API integrations and third-party platform connectivity.\n\n- Experience with Virtual Agent, NLU, and Generative AI (Now Assist) is highly desirable.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Agile delivery methodology experience.\n\nMandatory Certifications:\n\n- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist -
