This role is a fit for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, follows through consistently, and wants their work to have a clear purpose. You will build a consistent pipeline of relevant partner conversations, schedule meetings, keep reliable records, and turn feedback into stronger outreach.\nDue to this being a remote role, you’ll need reliable internet with speeds of at least 100 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload, a comfortable place to work, and a backup plan for occasional internet outages. We will provide your MacBook as well as a headset, keyboard, and monitor as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining a setup that supports a productive workday.During scheduled working hours, employees must be able to perform the position’s essential duties and meet its attendance, availability, productivity, confidentiality, and performance expectations, subject to approved leave, reasonable accommodations, and applicable law.\nResponsibilities:\nResearch prospective partners, including healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, and community service organizations.\nConnect with decision-makers through phone calls, email, and other appropriate outreach channels.\nLearn how organizations support their clients and identify where Mindset’s services could meet a need.\nExplain Mindset’s services clearly and accurately, setting realistic expectations.\nSchedule qualified introductory meetings and provide useful context to the team managing the next conversation.\nMaintain accurate contact records, outreach activity, and next steps in our CRM.\nFollow up consistently and thoughtfully to build relationships over time.\nWork with sales, marketing, and operations to improve messaging and outreach.\nMeet agreed activity and qualified-meeting goals while maintaining a high standard of communication.\nAll other duties, as assigned.\nQualifications:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nComfort initiating conversations and making outbound calls.\nGood judgment, active listening, and an empathetic approach.\nOrganization and the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.\nPersistence, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn.\nComfort using a CRM and learning new tools.\nExperience conducting outreach and coordinating with leaders at community health organizations, health plans, or similar organizations.\nAbility to remain attentive, responsive, and free from recurring personal interruptions during scheduled working hours.\nExperience in sales development, customer outreach, or community partnerships is helpful.
