Mindspace\nAs Community Manager - Beyond, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join us at the beginning and help build the community and member experience from the ground up.\nYou’ll be one of the key faces of Mindspace Beyond - creating meaningful relationships with members, bringing energy and personality into the space, building an engaged community and making sure every member receives the exceptional hospitality experience Mindspace is known for.\nThis isn’t about maintaining an existing community. It’s an opportunity to help create one from day one.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\nHelp launch and build the Mindspace Beyond community from the ground up, creating the culture, connections and member experience of our newest location.\nBuild strong, meaningful relationships with members and act as a trusted day-to-day point of contact.\nCreate an exceptional member journey from onboarding onwards, ensuring new members feel welcomed, connected and at home from day one.\nBuild and nurture an engaged community through networking, introductions, content, events and meaningful member interactions.\nIdentify members’ needs proactively, resolve issues quickly and continuously look for ways to improve their experience.\nPlan and execute community initiatives, events and experiences that bring people together and strengthen engagement.\nWork closely with the Site Manager and local Operations team to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience across the location.\nCollaborate with Sales to support tours, new member onboarding, retention, renewals and opportunities to grow existing accounts.\nDevelop strong relationships with key contacts within member companies, including larger enterprise clients.\nGather member feedback and translate insights into improvements in service, community and overall experience.\nHelp connect the Mindspace community with the wider Beyond ecosystem, identifying opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and relevant experiences.\nBe a visible ambassador for Mindspace and help establish Beyond as a destination where people genuinely want to work, meet and connect.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of relevant experience in Community Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Hospitality, Events or another high-touch customer-facing environment.\nProven ability to build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer/member experience.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with different personalities and seniority levels.\nA proactive, hands-on mindset - you notice what needs to happen and make it happen.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.\nCommercial awareness and an understanding of how great member experience supports retention and business growth.\nExperience working with enterprise/B2B clients is an advantage.\nExperience supporting the opening of a new location, hospitality concept, venue or customer-facing operation is a strong advantage.\nExperience in coworking, hospitality, lifestyle, events or a premium service environment is an advantage.\nExcellent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.\nComfortable working on-site and being a highly visible part of the day-to-day member experience.\nWho You Are\nYou are a people person and a builder.\nYou love creating connections, bringing people together and making others feel genuinely welcome - but you also enjoy the challenge of building something new rather than simply stepping into an established routine.\nYou’re energetic, resourceful and highly proactive.
