In this role you'll be the front line of IT support for our Tel Aviv HQ and local locations, while also supporting employees and infrastructure across our sites in Europe and the US. You'll own the day-to-day employee experience - from onboarding a new hire's first laptop to keeping our networks and meeting rooms running flawlessly, and working closely with the global team on infrastructure projects across multiple countries.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys both sides of IT: helping people directly, and getting hands-on with hardware, networks, and systems.\nThe position is based in Tel Aviv.\nSupport for our international locations is provided remotely.\nEnd-User Support & Service Desk\nProvide L1/L2 support for employees across macOS and Windows environments - hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues\nOwn tickets end-to-end in Freshservice, meeting SLA targets and maintaining high response quality\nSupport employees at global locations remotely, across time zones\nBuild and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and self-service documentation\nEmployee Lifecycle (Onboarding & Offboarding)\nExecute onboarding and offboarding processes across HiBob, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Freshservice, and Monday.com\nProvision, image, and enroll devices in MDM; manage accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions\nEnsure offboarding is complete, timely, and audit-ready - access revocation, device collection, data handover\nIT Infrastructure & Networking\nInstall, configure, and maintain network infrastructure across sites using the Cisco Meraki platform - access points, switches, security appliances, VLANs, and structured cabling\nMonitor network health via the Meraki dashboard, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with ISPs and vendors on installations and outages\nParticipate in network upgrade projects across international locations (Wi-Fi refreshes, new site openings, hardware replacements)\nManage IT asset inventory, procurement, and hardware lifecycle\nAV & Meeting Room Technology\nInstall, configure, and support conference room AV systems - displays, video conferencing hardware, audio, and room booking systems\nProvide technical support for company events, town halls, and hybrid meetings\nPartner with vendors and integrators on new AV installations across locations\nIdentity & Access Management\nAdminister users, groups, policies, and MFA in JumpCloud\nManage Google Workspace administration - users, org units, groups, shared drives, and security settings\nSupport Slack workspace administration and app management\nRequirements\nMust-have\n3-5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration - ideally in a multi-site or international environment\nStrong hands-on experience with macOS and Windows administration and troubleshooting\nProven experience with Google Workspace administration\nWorking knowledge of identity/device management platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID, Intune, or Jamf)\nSolid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and Wi-Fi - with hands-on experience configuring switches, access points, and firewalls\nHands-on experience administering Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networks (MR access points, MS switches, MX security appliances) - including dashboard configuration, SSID and VLAN setup, client troubleshooting, and firmware management. \nExperience working with a ticketing/ITSM platform (Freshservice, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar)\nExperience supporting conference room AV and video conferencing systems\nFluent English, written and spoken -
