As we continue to grow profitably and expand our global footprint, we're looking for people who want to shape the future of work - and how we bring it to life across our markets.\nWhy This Role?\nThis is an international, hands-on Marketing role based in London, with responsibility for driving Mindspace’s marketing activity across several European markets.\nAs Marketing Manager, you will own 360° marketing plans across your markets - from strategy and budgeting through execution, optimization and measurement - working across brand, digital, lead generation, partnerships, events, PR and offline marketing.\nYou’ll work closely with our global Marketing team, local market leaders and Sales teams to build demand, generate high-quality leads, strengthen the Mindspace brand and support commercial growth across Europe.\nThis is a role for someone who combines strong marketing thinking with a real bias for execution - someone who enjoys taking an idea from strategy all the way through to measurable results.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\nOwn marketing strategy and execution for key Mindspace markets and locations across Europe.\nBuild and execute 360° annual and quarterly marketing plans based on commercial priorities, market insights and local opportunities.\nGenerate high-quality leads and support customer acquisition through online and offline campaigns.\nPartner closely with Sales to ensure marketing activity supports pipeline, occupancy and revenue goals.\nManage campaigns across digital, performance, brand, PR, partnerships, events, community and offline channels.\nLead go-to-market activity for new locations and offerings, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, launch plans, budgets and execution.\nStrengthen Mindspace’s brand awareness and local relevance across assigned markets.\nManage local marketing budgets and continuously optimize investment based on performance and ROI.\nIdentify, engage and manage agencies, vendors and local partners.\nDrive Mindspace’s presence at relevant conferences, trade shows, ecosystem and industry events.\nDevelop high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials, including presentations, campaigns, case studies, content and other commercial collateral.\nGather market and customer insights from local teams and translate them into smarter marketing decisions.\nTrack campaign and funnel performance, using data to continuously improve results.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n6+ years of relevant international marketing management experience.\nStrong hands-on experience building and executing 360° marketing campaigns across multiple channels.\nProven experience in digital marketing, online advertising and lead generation.\nExperience working across both B2B and B2C marketing is highly valuable.\nStrong commercial mindset and understanding of how Marketing supports Sales, pipeline and revenue.\nExperience working across multiple markets and adapting global strategies to local audiences.\nExperience with PR, media relations and agency management is an advantage.\nExperience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.\nStrong analytical capabilities and experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility and willingness to travel occasionally across European markets.\nBased in London and comfortable working closely with our local and international teams.\nWho You Are\nYou are an all-around marketer who loves both strategy and execution.
