You know how to ‘read the room’ and understand the professional environment you’re in.\nAbout the position\nMindspace is looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead the setup, launch and day-to-day operations of Beyond, our new premium hospitality and events destination in Tel Aviv.\nWe’re looking for a true operator and builder - someone who knows how to take a complex hospitality operation from plan to reality, build the processes behind it, and then make sure it runs seamlessly every day.\nThis is a highly hands-on role combining operational strategy with execution on the ground. You’ll own everything from venue setup, suppliers, logistics and technical operations to team building, budgets, reporting and the operational delivery of complex events.\nThe ideal candidate comes from the hospitality, restaurant, F&B, catering, venue or similar operational environment and has experience building or running a high-quality, fast-paced operation.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for\nOwn the operational setup and launch of the venue, from planning through execution and ongoing operations.\nBuild operational processes, procedures, workflows and service standards from the ground up.\nLead the on-the-ground setup and breakdown of complex events, ensuring smooth execution across all operational elements.\nManage suppliers, contractors and external partners, including onboarding, negotiations, coordination and ongoing performance.\nOwn the venue’s logistics, storage strategy, inventory and operational infrastructure.\nCoordinate closely with building management and relevant stakeholders around technical setup, maintenance, access and operational requirements.\nBuild clear setup plans and procedures for different event formats and operational scenarios.\nOwn budgets, P&L, operational reporting and relevant KPIs.\nRecruit, build and manage the operational team, creating clear responsibilities and strong working routines.\nEnsure consistently high hospitality, service and guest-experience standards.\nIdentify operational challenges proactively and solve problems quickly and independently.\nContinuously improve processes, efficiency and quality as the operation grows.\nPartner closely with internal teams including Events, Finance, Sales and other Mindspace stakeholders.\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\n7+ years of hands-on operational experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, F&B, catering, hotels, venues or complex event operations.\nProven experience building, launching or significantly developing an operation, rather than only managing an established one.\nStrong experience managing suppliers, logistics and complex on-the-ground operations.\nExperience building operational processes, procedures and standards.\nStrong financial understanding, including budget management, reporting and P&L ownership.\nProven people-management and team-building experience.\nA highly hands-on mentality -
