Deine Aufgaben  

Du bekommst Einblicke in das Recruiting bei einem exzellenten Arbeitgeber in Deutschland und begleitest unsere BewerberInnen durch ihren Bewerbungsprozess. Darüber hinaus: 

  • Im Zuge des Active Sourcings auf verschiedenen Kanälen findest du passende KandidatInnen für unsere offenen Stellen und übernimmst hierbei selbstständig die Kommunikation 
  • Von der Abstimmung mit KandidatInnen bis hin zur Koordination von Bewerbungsgesprächen, hast du die Chance, vielseitige Einblicke in die Bereiche des Recruitings zu bekommen
  • Du erhältst die Möglichkeit, bei Projekten rund um das Thema Mitarbeitergewinnung zuverlässig mit anzupacken
