Ensure that any changes to the project scope are documented and communicated effectively.\n• AI-Enabled Learning Solutions:\nSupport the planning and implementation of AI-enabled learning capabilities, including intelligent search, personalised learning recommendations, virtual assistants, learning analytics, and generative AI features.\n• Resource Planning & Allocation:\nManage the allocation of internal and external resources, ensuring that the project team has the necessary skills and support to meet project goals.\n• Budget & Timeline Management:\nOversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring that projects are completed within scope and on schedule.\n• Quality Assurance:\nOversee the testing and validation of learning technology solutions to ensure they meet quality standards. Implement processes for continuous improvement and user satisfaction.\n• Risk Management:\nIdentify potential risks or issues affecting the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.\n• Reporting & Documentation:\nMaintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and other relevant materials. Provide regular status reports to senior management and clients.\n• Post-Project Review & Evaluation:\nConduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of the project, gather feedback, and implement lessons learned into future projects.\nQualifications & Skills:\n• Experience:\no 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in the defense, learning or education sector\no Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to closure.\n• Education:\no A degree in Project Management, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.\n• Skills & Competencies:\no Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).\no Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.\no Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\no Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.\no A passion for learning and education, with a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.\n• Technical Skills:\no Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello).\no Familiarity with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.\no Prior experience working on government agencies project will be an added advantage.\n• AI Literacy:\no Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI concepts.\no Awareness of AI applications within learning technologies and digital workplace solutions.\no Ability to identify opportunities
