design, deploy, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade Confluent Kafka platforms running on Kubernetes.\nWe are seeking a hands-on professional with strong expertise in Confluent for Kubernetes (CFK), Kafka administration, Kubernetes networking, security, and production troubleshooting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, configure, administer, and maintain Confluent Kafka platforms using Confluent for Kubernetes.\nDesign, implement, and manage production Kafka clusters, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability.\nManage Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, ksqlDB, and Confluent Control Center.\nConfigure and troubleshoot Kubernetes networking, ingress/egress, storage classes, and persistent volumes.\nImplement Kafka security best practices, including ACLs, encryption, and authentication.\nTroubleshoot complex Kafka issues involving brokers, partitions, consumer groups, message throughput, and latency.\nConfigure monitoring, alerting, and logging for Kafka environments.\nWork with Linux, scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, and Python or Java.\nCollaborate with application and infrastructure teams and provide shift-based support when required.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Confluent Platform.\nPractical experience with Confluent for Kubernetes (CFK) or the Confluent Operator.\nStrong Kubernetes administration and networking knowledge.\nExperience with Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, ksqlDB, and Control Center.\nKnowledge of ingress/egress, storage classes, persistent volumes, and Kubernetes networking.\nExperience with Kafka security, ACLs, encryption, authentication, and production troubleshooting.\nGood Linux and scripting skills, with working
