This includes ensuring Reviews, Walkthroughs have been conducted, and Signoffs have been obtained and recorded onto their various repositories.\n\nTracks & Ensures Rally Feature(s) are up to date and progressing as expected.\n\nEnsures risks and issues are called out in a timely manner along with implementing appropriate measures.\n\nEssential capabilities : \n\n- Significant demonstrated Project Management within large, complex environments, preferably banking and financial services.\n\n- Strong strategic planning capabilities.\n\n- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management as this will assist with mainframe engagement aspects.\n\n- Building, managing, and leading teams.\n\n- Agile certification and demonstrated experience delivering projects utilising agile methodology.\n\n- Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business.\n\n- Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills.\n\n- Strong leadership skills and experience, both directly and indirectly.\n\nExperience : \n\n- Experience managing and delivering large complex projects containing multiple streams, across multiple regions, with multiple vendors.\n\n- Relevant degree or qualification and a project management professional accreditation.\n\n- Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets.\n\n- Proven experience in Delivering and implementing high-availability mainframe solutions for complex business operations, particularly in banking or financial services.\n\n- Change, Incident and Risk management experience.\n\n- Experienced with delivering technology solutions through to production environments frequently.\n\n- Service Now and Rally Experience.\n\nQualification Requirements : \n\n- Tertiary degree in Finance, Banking and IT from a recognised institution is preferred.\n\n- Agile Certification / Project Management certification is desirable.\nSkills\nMainframe, Project Management, Project Methodologies, Agile, Project Life Cycle, IT Project Delivery, Delivery Management","description_format":"text","description_chars":2882,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":10,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T00:07:01Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":12,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":0.6,"p_active":0.356,"p_room":0.55,"age_days":31,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["seen:31","agency","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-10-04T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/mindtel-global-mainframe-delivery-lead","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/mindtel-global-mainframe-delivery-lead.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-05T00:42:20Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":883,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4117,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-06T00:00:00Z"}}}
