If this is you, continue reading!\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild high-fidelity interactive prototypes that go beyond what design tools alone can express: motion, data states, edge cases for both web and mobile.\nUse AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0) to accelerate prototype velocity without sacrificing quality or craft\nOwn and evolve Mindtickle's UI component library and maintain tight parity between Figma components and production-quality front-end code\nDefine and govern design tokens, theming, and accessibility standards across the design system\nParticipate in design reviews and provide implementation-aware feedback early in the process\nExplore emerging UI patterns, trends and AI-native UX paradigms, so you keep yourself and the design team up to date. \nCreate POC’s that push what's possible in our product experience. Show the art of the possible and challenge our teams.\nRaise the design team's technical capabilities and understanding by sharing learnings and building a culture of craft.\nWhat we are looking for\n8-10+ years working at the intersection of design and frontend engineering. Your portfolio must show both sides of the craft.\n\nProduction-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS. You can write code that ships, but you can also whip up a quick experiment or demo.\n\nDeep Figma fluency: component architecture, variables, auto-layout, Dev Mode. The whole thing.\n\nHands-on experience building and maintaining a design system in a product company\n\nStrong command of motion, micro-interactions, and visual polish.
