# Lead Design Engineer

Job Snapshot As a Design Engineer at Mindtickle, you are someone who moves fluently between design and code, brings design intent to life with precision, and raises the bar for what "shipped" looks like. You'll co-own our design system in code, prototype ideas before they're fully specced, and be the connective tissue between design thinking and production reality.
