We're bringing that work into one place, built AI-first, where the system knows the deal, suggests the next best move, and keeps seller and buyer on the same page.\nYou'll own a piece of the experience sellers use every day to prepare and win their deals, and set the direction for where it goes next. You'll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Content Design, on state of the art AI powered experiences, from problem framing through launch. We hold a high bar for craft, so we are looking for people who can outdesign AI tools.\nResponsibilities\nOwn end-to-end design for the seller's daily experience, from problem framing and research through prototypes, high-fidelity design, and post-launch iteration.\n\nBreak ambiguous problems into clear bets and a sequenced plan that product and engineering can act on.\n\nDesign AI-native experiences where recommended practice and training, generated content, and conversational interfaces earn the seller's trust and leave them in control.\n\nDesign for multiple roles, looking at the same account (enablement admins, sales reps, managers, and buyers), each seeing what they need.\n\nCreate patterns and frameworks that keep experiences consistent across surfaces and channels, and contribute them back to the design system.\n\nUse research and product data to make decisions, and measure the impact of your work after launch.\n\nMake judgment calls on scope, quality, and speed, and negotiate them openly with your partners.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years designing complex products, mostly in B2B SaaS.\n\nShipped work on AI-powered products. Show us how you handled uncertainty, errors, and user trust.\n\nExperience designing workflow-heavy tools for professionals. Experience with sales, CRM, or revenue products is a plus.\n\nA portfolio that shows your thinking: the problem, the options you rejected, and why. Polished screens alone won't get you through.\n\nStrong interaction and visual craft, and fluency in working with design systems and UI libraries.\n\nSystems thinking: you design the underlying model before the screens.\n\nYou prototype to think, in Figma and AI prototyping tools such as Claude Design or Figma Make.
