This is a hands-on, data-driven position where you’ll work across all areas of HR-employee experience, HR business partnering, operations, payroll, and compliance-while driving process optimization and contributing to our culture of innovation.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage stakeholder relationships with executives to ensure effective business strategy execution\n\nExecute bi-annual performance management cycles\n\nSupport and advise managers and employees on all employee lifecycle processes, including HR policies, employee relations.\n\nEnsure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, including handling restructuring initiatives and complex employee relations cases\n\nBe the local point of contact for legal compliance matters and liaise with our legal team on employment contracts and regulatory matters\n\nCollaborate with the People Operations team to streamline and automate HR processes, leveraging AI and technology\n\nAnalyze HR data and metrics to provide workforce reports and statistics, and recommend efficiency improvements.\n\nContribute to engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive workplace\n\nOversee payroll administration and HR operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency\n\nOversee on HR vendor management and contract renewals for HR services\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou’ve built strong relationships with stakeholders across the business\n\nData-driven insights are informing HR and business decisions\n\nHR processes are running smoothly, with measurable improvements in efficiency and employee experience\n\nCompliance risks are proactively managed, and policy audits are up to date\n\nYou’ve contributed to at least one culture or engagement initiative with visible impact\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMust-haves:\n5+ years’ experience as an HR generalist or in HR operations, ideally in an international environment\n\nDeep knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR compliance\n\nProven experience managing company-wide transformations, including restructuring initiatives.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nData-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and HR analytics tools\n\nDemonstrated ability to optimize and automate HR processes, including leveraging AI tools\n\nExperience with payroll administration and HR operations\n\nHigh ethical standards and professionalism\n\nNice-to-haves:\nExperience in a fast-paced, tech-driven company\n\nExperience with BambooHR as a HRIS tool\n\nFamiliarity with vendor management and HR budgeting\n\nWhy Mindvalley\nAt Mindvalley, we believe in innovation, unity, and transformation.
