You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and champion the use of AI and automation to elevate the employee experience. Your expertise will shape how we scale, streamline, and continuously improve our people operations.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals\n\nEnsure compliance with local and international labor laws and company policies\n\nManage and optimize HRIS data, reporting, and documentation\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements, leveraging AI and automation tools\n\nAct as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal\n\nManage relationships with external HR service providers (payroll, benefits, visas)\n\nConduct regular audits and assessments to ensure operational excellence\n\nLead or support HR technology projects and change initiatives\n\nProvide timely, people-centric support to team members at all levels\n\nWhat success looks like :\nWithin 90 days, you’ve mapped and improved at least one core HR workflow using automation or AI\n\nYou’ve built strong relationships with key stakeholders and are recognized as a trusted partner\n\nHR data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable for decision-making\n\nCompliance gaps are identified and addressed, with clear documentation in place\n\nTeam members experience faster, smoother HR processes\n\nMust-haves:\n5 years’ experience in HR operations, with a track record of process design and optimization\n\nAdvanced skills in HRIS, data management, and HR reporting\n\nDemonstrated experience automating HR workflows or implementing AI-driven solutions\n\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including with senior leaders\n\nUp-to-date knowledge of HR technology trends\n\nProactive, solutions-oriented mindset\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as Claude, or experience building AI-powered HR workflows\n\nNice-to-haves:\nExperience in a global or multi-jurisdictional HR environment\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as Claude, or experience building AI-powered HR workflows\n\nProject management experience in HR tech implementations\n\nExperience managing vendor relationships and contracts\n\nMindvalley is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
