Beyond deep technical craftsmanship, you bring independence, clear communication, a constructive attitude, and the initiative needed to drive mission-critical transport systems forward.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nTaking end-to-end ownership of designing, implementing, and deploying reliable .NET applications within the Transport Execution Management domain\nDeveloping and maintaining secure, performant .NET Core Web APIs and backend microservices\nBuilding and enhancing complex native .NET for Android / Xamarin mobile applications, mastering the Android lifecycle and native bindings\nDeveloping modern web interfaces leveraging Blazor\nWriting clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles, design patterns, and rigorous security practices\nCreating meaningful, automated unit tests to ensure high test quality and system resilience\nDesigning, querying, and optimizing relational databases with SQL\nLeveraging Azure cloud services, PaaS components, and event-driven architectures\nSetting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps, including containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes\nCollaborating with solution designers and stakeholders, explaining technical choices clearly, and sharing knowledge within the team\nRequirements\nYour Profile:\nOver 10 years of professional experience in .NET development (deep mastery of C#, LINQ, async/await, security practices, and patterns)\nOver 5 years of experience in .NET Core Web API development and architecture\nOver 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET for Android / Xamarin (deep understanding of Android lifecycle and native bindings)\nOver 5 years of experience in Azure Cloud development (PaaS, event-driven systems)\nAt least 2 years of experience with Blazor\nProven expertise in unit testing and automated test practices\nStrong experience in SQL & relational database design and query optimization\nSolid knowledge of Git, branching workflows, and Azure DevOps CI/CD (Docker & Kubernetes are strong assets)\nFull professional fluency in English (C2)\nExceptional problem-solving skills, autonomy, calm under pressure, and a constructive team-player mindsetSoft Skills and MindWave Mindset\n\nAt MindWave, we value people who are not only strong in what they do, but also in how they work with others.\nYou take ownership and feel comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.
