The Tech Stack Deep-Dive Must-Haves: Languages & Core Development: Strong hands-on background in .NET and\\/or Java. Automation & Low-Code: Practical delivery experience across RPA platforms (Blue Prism or equivalent) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio). Cloud & Architecture: Azure Cloud Services, API and enterprise integration design, infrastructure design, and deployment modeling. Engineering Practices: Robust CI\\/CD pipelines, DevOps\\/DevSecOps patterns, structured code reviews, and governance-ready technical documentation. Track Record: 8+ years across software engineering, systems development, and automation delivery, backed by a technical degree. Nice-to-Haves: Domain: Banking or financial-services industry experience. Advanced Tech: Deep exposure to enterprise AI implementations and intelligent automation solutions. Certifications: Microsoft, Azure, Power Platform, Blue Prism, or cloud architecture credentials. Enforce Code Quality & Governance: Conduct detailed code reviews, eliminate technical debt, and defend technical designs through architecture, security, and production-readiness forums.
