Tech is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Manager to lead and develop HR strategies and policies across its branches in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.\n\nCandidate shall be capable of working in a multicultural environment and possess in-depth knowledge and experience ofJordan & Saudi labor law to support the company’s operations.\n\nJob description\n\nDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.\n\nSupervise recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and training processes.\n\nManage employee records and ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations.\n\nHandle labor disputes and legal cases.\n\nOversee performance evaluation processes and implement career development plans.\n\nEnsure HR practices comply with both Saudi and Jordanian labor laws.\n\nProvide legal and administrative HR consultation to senior management.\n\nSupport payroll and benefits administration while ensuring internal equity.\n\nParticipate in preparing the annual HR department budget.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with proven expertise in Saudi labor law of a minimum of 5 years.\n\nStrong knowledge and experience of Saudi labor regulations (knowledge of Jordanian law is a plus).\n\nExcellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.\n\nStrong leadership and analytical skills.\n\nProficiency in using HR system preferred (MenaMe or Multinational
