Associate Director - Strategic Account Delivery (SADD)

Role Summary

Minfy Technologies, an AWS Premier Partner, is scaling its SREaaS business built on platform-powered, AI-driven managed services. We are seeking an Associate Director - Strategic Account Delivery (SADD) to own the delivery, growth and commercial outcomes of a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.

The SADD is the single point of accountability for their assigned strategic accounts - owning the account P&L, leading the dedicated delivery pods (with TAMs reporting into the role), sustaining executive-level customer relationships, and growing account value over a multi-year horizon. This is a senior, outcome-based leadership role at the heart of how Minfy delivers and expands its most important accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Ownership & P&L

• Own the end-to-end relationship and commercial outcomes for a portfolio of strategic accounts, each at meaningful annual recurring revenue.
• Carry account-level P&L accountability - revenue, margin, renewals and multi-year total contract value (TCV) growth.
• Serve as the senior executive sponsor and trusted advisor to customer leadership, aligning Minfy's delivery to the customer's business outcomes.

Delivery Leadership

• Lead dedicated delivery pods across assigned accounts, with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) reporting into the role.
• Ensure committed SLAs, reliability targets and quality standards are consistently met, governing operational reviews and continuous service improvement.
• Own critical escalations end-to-end, ensuring rapid resolution and clear executive communication.

Account Growth & Commercial Expansion

• Identify, shape and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts, growing scope, ARR and TCV.
• Partner with pre-sales and solutioning teams to structure new statements of work and renewals on outcome-based commercial models.
• Build and maintain multi-year account plans with clear growth, retention and reliability objectives.

Platform-Powered & AI-Driven Delivery

• Champion the adoption of Minfy's AI-driven platform intelligence and automation across assigned accounts to improve reliability, cost efficiency and delivery velocity.
• Embed SRE discipline, observability, FinOps governance and runbook automation into the account operating model.
• Use platform-driven insight to demonstrate measurable value to the customer and inform account strategy.

Team Leadership

• Build, lead and develop high-performing dedicated account teams, drawing on shared services and specialist pools as needed.
• Mentor TAMs and delivery staff, driving capability in cloud operations, SRE and customer engagement.
• Partner with the Director of Managed Services Operations for shared resource supply and delivery standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• 17+ years in IT services, with substantial experience in strategic account delivery, cloud managed services or enterprise engagement leadership.
• Proven track record owning enterprise account P&L, with demonstrable revenue and TCV growth over multi-year relationships.
• Strong delivery leadership credentials - managing SLAs, multi-tier delivery teams and complex escalations for enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms; fluency across any major cloud OEM (AWS strongly preferred; Azure / GCP an advantage).
• Experience with geo / global delivery models and distributed teams.
• Exceptional executive relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen - comfortable structuring outcome-based engagements, renewals and expansions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect / Professional-level).
• ITIL or equivalent service management certification.
• Experience introducing AI / automation into managed service delivery at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent; postgraduate / MBA an advantage.
