The role will be responsible for managing and supporting customer Azure environments, ensuring availability, performance, security, and operational stability.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Azure infrastructure experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work directly with customers during incidents and operational discussions. The role requires an engineer who can independently diagnose complex cloud issues, perform basic infrastructure deployments, drive automation, and continuously improve the operational environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nAzure Cloud Operations\nManage day-to-day operations of customer Azure environments.\nMonitor availability, performance, capacity, and health of Azure resources.\nManage Azure VMs, VNets, Storage, Load Balancers, NSGs, Azure Monitor and other core Azure services.\nPerform routine maintenance, patching, configuration changes, and operational activities.\nEnsure adherence to defined SLAs, operational processes, and security standards.\n\nDeployment & Infrastructure Management\nPerform basic to moderate Azure infrastructure deployments and configuration changes.\nProvision and configure Azure resources based on approved designs and change requests.\nSupport application and infrastructure teams during deployments and releases.\nFollow Infrastructure-as-Code and automation practices wherever applicable.\n\nTroubleshooting & Incident Management\nAct as an L2/L3 technical escalation point for Azure-related incidents.\nTroubleshoot complex issues involving compute, networking, storage, connectivity, performance, and availability.\nParticipate in major incident management and provide timely technical updates.\nPerform root cause analysis and prepare technical RCA reports.\nIdentify recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to reduce incident volume.\n\nMonitoring & Observability\nMonitor Azure environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and other monitoring platforms.\nAnalyze alerts, logs and performance metrics to identify potential issues proactively.\nImprove monitoring coverage and reduce false-positive/noise alerts.\nSupport the development of operational dashboards and health reports.\n\nAutomation & Operational Improvement\nIdentify repetitive operational activities and automate them using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python or other appropriate tools.\nContribute to Terraform/Bicep-based infrastructure automation.\nDrive initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve reliability and reduce MTTR.\nMaintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.\n\nCustomer Management\nWork directly with customer technical teams and stakeholders.\nParticipate in client
