This leadership role is responsible for establishing security standards, driving cloud security transformation initiatives, enabling DevSecOps practices, and ensuring secure, compliant, and resilient cloud operations for both Minfy-managed and customer-managed environments.\nThe individual will work closely with SRE, Cloud Engineering, FinOps, Product Engineering, AI/ML teams, Customer Success, and Strategic Account teams to embed security into every aspect of cloud service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nMulti-Cloud Security Architecture\nDefine and maintain enterprise cloud security architecture standards across AWS, Azure, and GCP. \nDevelop secure landing zones, reference architectures, and cloud security guardrails. \nEstablish architecture patterns for: \nMulti-cloud deployments \nHybrid cloud environments \nSaaS platforms \nAI/ML workloads \nKubernetes platforms \nReview and approve security designs for new cloud initiatives and customer engagements. \nDrive Zero Trust Architecture adoption across all cloud platforms. \n\nCloud Security Engineering & DevSecOps\nEmbed security controls into CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines. \nImplement Security-as-Code and Policy-as-Code frameworks. \nAutomate compliance validation and security posture assessments. \nEstablish secure software supply chain controls. \nDrive secure container, Kubernetes, and serverless security practices. \nIntegrate automated vulnerability and misconfiguration detection into engineering workflows. \n\nSecurity Operations & Threat Management\nDefine and oversee cloud security monitoring, detection, and response capabilities. \nEstablish multi-cloud threat detection strategies. \nLead security incident response and forensic investigations. \nDrive vulnerability management programs across cloud platforms. \nImplement cloud-native threat intelligence and proactive threat hunting capabilities. \nDevelop operational runbooks and security response automation. \n\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance\nDevelop cloud security governance frameworks and policies. \nEstablish cloud risk management and control assessment processes. \nLead compliance initiatives including: \nISO 27001 \nSOC 2 \nPCI DSS \nGDPR \nHIPAA \nNIST CSF \nCIS Benchmarks \nSupport customer security reviews and regulatory audits. \nBuild continuous compliance monitoring capabilities. \n\nIdentity, Access & Data Security\nDefine enterprise IAM strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP. \nImplement Zero Trust and least-privilege access models. \nStandardize: \nMFA \nSSO \nFederated Identity \nPrivileged Access Management \nLead secrets management and encryption strategy. \nDefine enterprise data classification and protection controls. \n\nAI & Emerging Security\nSecure GenAI and AI/ML platforms deployed in cloud environments. \nEstablish governance controls for AI workloads. \nDefine security standards for LLM deployments and AI-assisted operations. \nAssess risks associated with AI services and third-party integrations. \nCollaborate with AI engineering teams to implement secure AI architectures. \n\nLeadership & Organizational Responsibilities\nBuild and lead a Cloud Security Center of Excellence within SRE. \nMentor Cloud Security Engineers and Security Analysts. \nPartner with Strategic Account Directors, TAMs, Cloud Architects, and Delivery Leaders. \nProvide executive-level reporting on security posture, risks, and remediation plans. \nSupport customer-facing security discussions and solution reviews.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n12-15+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, or SRE domains. \nMinimum 7+ years of cloud security experience. \nMinimum 3+ years leading cloud security teams or programs. \nHands-on expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP. \nStrong understanding of: \nCloud-native architectures \nKubernetes \nDevSecOps \nIdentity Security \nCompliance frameworks \nSecurity Operations \nExperience supporting enterprise-scale SaaS environments. \nStrong customer-facing and consulting capabilities. \n\nPreferred Certifications\nAWS Certified Security -
