implementation and administration of the Performance Management System (PMS).\nCoordinate KPI setting, review cycles, appraisal documentation, and performance tracking.\nAssist managers and employees in PMS-related activities and system updates.\nEmployee Engagement & Relations\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, recognition activities, and cultural events.\nAct as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.\nAssist in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues when required.\nHR Compliance & Policy Administration\nEnsure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.\nSupport audits and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate HR records.\nAssist in drafting and communicating HR policies and process updates.\nHR Analytics & Reporting\nGenerate and maintain HR reports related to headcount, attrition, attendance, and performance.\nAnalyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.\nMaintain HR dashboards and management reports.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nMBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.\n3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.\nExperience in performance management processes.\nKnowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.\nHands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms (e.g., Keka, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, etc.).\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and
