regardless of destination cloud.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Specialist Solutions Architect within Minfy's MiMo practice, you'll be at the leading edge of VMware migration expertise - called upon by Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Delivery teams to provide expert guidance to customers.\nOwn the technical engagement for customers migrating VMware workloads to the cloud, ensuring guidance is current, architecturally sound, secure, reliable, sustainable, and cost-efficient - regardless of target platform\nAdvise customers on the right destination architecture for their workloads, whether native rehost/replatform on a hyperscaler, or cloud-based VMware offerings\nWork independently with customer stakeholders across business and technology functions within organizationally complex environments\nTranslate customer successes into scalable knowledge assets - reference architectures, playbooks, and accelerators - for reuse across Minfy's MiMo practice\nBuild and deliver workshops, technical breakout sessions, and thought leadership content at customer and industry events\nAct as a trusted advisor to customers and Minfy leadership on VMware and cloud migration strategy\nA Day in the Life\nCollaborate with a team of domain specialists across cloud advisory and delivery\nWork on complex technical problems to identify tailored solutions for customers\nServe as a trusted advisor to customers and Minfy leadership\nProvide technology guidance to customers and field/presales teams\nRepresent Minfy at industry conferences and customer events\nBuild mechanisms and accelerators that scale your expertise across the practice\nCoach and mentor team members, contributing to Minfy's talent development\nWhat We're Looking For\nDeep hands-on experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, NSX, vSAN)\nProven track record leading enterprise migrations across major cloud platforms\nFamiliarity with cloud-based VMware offerings and native migration/replatforming paths on at least one hyperscaler\nStrong consultative and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to design resilient, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures independent of platform\nExcellent communication skills -
