Responsibilities\nTechnical Delivery Leadership\nOwn complete project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and closure.\nDrive delivery of multiple technical workstreams involving application development, cloud, integration, data, infrastructure, and DevOps initiatives.\nDefine project roadmaps, release plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.\nMonitor delivery health through metrics such as sprint velocity, estimation accuracy, milestone adherence, and resource utilization.\nEnsure adherence to engineering best practices, architecture guidelines, and quality standards.\n\nProgram & Financial Management\nManage technical programs with annual portfolio value of USD 500K or higher.\nOwn project financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and resource utilization.\nPrepare project plans, effort estimates, and staffing strategies.\nEnsure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, and timelines.\n\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary interface between customers, engineering teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.\nConduct governance meetings, steering committee reviews, sprint demonstrations, and executive status reporting.\nBuild strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.\nProactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies while minimizing escalations.\n\nAgile Delivery & Process Governance\nChampion Agile methodologies and ensure disciplined implementation of Scrum practices.\nDrive process compliance and governance through effective usage of delivery frameworks.\nEstablish project dashboards, KPIs, reporting cadence, and operational reviews.\nContinuously improve project processes, delivery efficiency, and documentation standards.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nPossess sufficient technical depth to challenge solutions, review architecture decisions, and guide engineering teams.\nCollaborate with architects and technical leads in defining implementation approaches and resolving technical blockers.\nDrive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD, cloud-native approaches, and automation initiatives.\nEnable technical teams to improve engineering productivity and delivery quality.\n\nTools & Delivery Excellence\nHands-on experience in:\n JIRA (mandatory)\n Confluence (mandatory)\nMicrosoft Project / Smartsheet\nAgile reporting and dashboard tools\nAI-enabled productivity tools such as Copilot, Rovo, Planner, ChatGPT, etc.\nEnsure proper backlog management, sprint planning, estimation, documentation, and reporting through JIRA and Confluence.\nEstablish project documentation standards and governance mechanisms.\n\nTeam Leadership & Mentorship\nLead cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, business analysts, and external partners.\nMentor project teams on Agile practices, technical delivery excellence, and stakeholder management.\nBuild a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExperience\n10-15 years of IT industry experience with at least 5 years in Technical Project Management.\nProven experience managing medium to large-scale digital transformation projects.\nDemonstrated experience handling projects or programs worth USD 500K+.\nExperience managing distributed teams and multiple concurrent projects.\n\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong understanding of:\nSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\nAgile/Scrum
