The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope, while effectively managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations. This role requires a good understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and modern technologies. You will collaborate closely with technical leads, developers, and product owners to ensure that project goals are aligned with business objectives and that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end project delivery - from requirements gathering and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.\nWork closely with engineering teams to define project scope, milestones, resource plans, and success metrics.\nManage project timelines, budgets, and risks proactively to ensure on-time delivery.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nServe as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.\nIdentify dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact delivery.\nEnsure technical solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with best practices.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience managing software development or technology projects.\nGood understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.\nGood communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.\nAbility to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex requirements into actionable plans.\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent project management systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies.\nPractical understanding of artificial intelligence technologies.\nCompensation\nThe base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 USD annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
