The EPM will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, product engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.\nSalary Range: $75,000-90,000\nJob Function:\nLeading and coordinating task assignments to stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams to attain project goals within time and budget constraints\nAttain and monitor the Business Unit KPIs related to catalog releases, final design reviews, application requests and others intended to set a high quality of service to both internal and external customers\nDevelop project plans, appropriately manage resources, track progress, identify risk mitigation tactics and ensure effective communication amongst all project participants\nManage project timelines and budgets\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations and Company policies\nContribute to product development process improvements aimed at achieving higher productivity and efficiency in the operations\nThe duties, responsibilities and expectations described above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the member, within the scope of the position.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical, Software, Mechanical, etc.) or a related technical field.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred\n3-5 years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, electronics, or similar technical environment.\nLead and coordinate product release activities, ensuring that key deliverables, design reviews, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communications are completed on schedule.\nMonitor and report project-related KPIs, such as catalog release performance, application request response times, design review completion, schedule adherence, and overall project execution metrics. Risk and Issue Management\nSupport the identification of project risks and issues, help drive mitigation plans, and escalate roadblocks as needed to maintain project objectives and timelines. Continuous Improvement\nContribute to process improvement initiatives and project management best practices aimed at enhancing cycle time, quality, predictability, and customer satisfaction.\nDemonstrated ability to manage project schedules, resources and budgets effectivelyExperience working with cross-functional teams, including design, development, procurement and quality assurance.\nProficient in the use of Project Management, ERP and PLM tools (JIRA, Smartsheet and/or Arena desirable).\nProficient in the use of Excel for database management (sorting, filtering, processing, categorizing, graphing skills are essential).\nProficient in the use of PowerPoint for generating Engineering, Sales and Marketing presentations.Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes\nStrong research, analytical and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interface with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.\n Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.\n Conflict resolution and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders’ expectations and resolve issues efficiently.\n Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and effectively work with diverse teams across different regions\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
