Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.\nMini-Circuits’ sells our products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive web site.\nPosition Summary:\nInstallation of components on Printed Circuit Boards such as resistor, capacitor, IC, etc. with soldering, welding and reflow processes.\nPerform electrical joints on wires, terminals, connectors from medium to high soldering levels.\nMechanical assembly such as connector installation to case.\nBonding component, PCB and other materials by epoxy, chip bonders, etc.\nPerform assembly under a microscope.\nSalary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour\n\nJob Function:\nInstall component such as capacitors, resistors, ICs, etc. by soldering, reflow and welding processes.\nUse Conveyor Oven, Hot Plate, Stand-up Oven or similar in curing assembly parts.\nUse dispensing machines in bonding components, PCB and other assembly related materials.\nOperate machines such as cutting dies, installation dies and other assembly related machines.\nInstall tiny or microscopic components on PCB.\nCutting and bending component leads such as quad leads, resistors, etc.\nMechanical assemblies such as terminal installation, PCB mounting into the case, etc.\nWire welding and bonding into components and PCB.\nSoldering of cans to header and connectors to case.\nWire cutting, stripping and tinting.\nUse and maintain hand tools such as pliers, tweezers, soldering tools, thermometers, screw drivers and other equipment.\nFollow procedures and drawings. Recommend improvements and detect errors in the assembly process to the team leader.\nFill up paper works and other necessary documents upon starting and completion of a run.\nReview own work and check for errors and other abnormalities.\nEnter run information in the computer such as Clock ON and OFF. Retrieve drawings and procedures for the run.\nTo assist engineers in building prototypes and qualification assemblies.\nFollow all company procedures.\nThe duties, responsibilities and expectations described above is not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the member, within the scope of the position.\n\nQualifications:\nRead, write and orally communicate in English.\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nInterpret and understand assembly drawings.\nOne year experience in electrical assembly or outside related experience.\nAble to perform assembly under a microscope.\nAble to use a soldering iron.\nAble to perform reflow solder with conveyor oven.\nAble to distinguish and use common hand tools such as pliers, tweezers, etc.\nFamiliar with basic computer operation.\nAbility to distinguish colors in accordance with ishihara test for color blindness.\nAbility to stand and walk to an assembly equipment such as reflow ovens.\nAbility to work in an environment that are filled with constant noise from manufacturing equipment.\nAbility to work while wearing chemical masks and gloves.\nLevel B soldering certification\nAble to work in a fast phase manufacturing environment.\nGood teamwork attitude.\nDisclaimer: The listed qualifications and requirements for each position are intended as guidelines.
