reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and SACCO regulations.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nMaintain accurate books of accounts, general ledger, and financial records\n\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports\n\nSupport budgeting, budget monitoring, and variance analysis\n\nManage cash and bank transactions, including bank reconciliations\n\nMaintain and reconcile member accounts, contributions, and loan repayments\n\nSupport loan accounting, receivables recovery, and reporting\n\nProcess supplier invoices and payments\n\nSupport payroll processing and statutory remittances\n\nSupport internal and external audits\n\nMaintain fixed asset records and financial controls\n\nUtilise Microsoft Dynamics 365 for financial posting and reporting\n\nKey Skills & Competencies\n\nKnowledge of SACCO/cooperative accounting and SASRA requirements\n\nStrong financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, and loan accounting skills\n\nHigh integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail\n\nStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skills\n\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines\n\nQualifications\n\nRelevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field\n\nExperience in SACCO/cooperative accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and loan
