With over 250\nmillion game players each month, Miniclip reaches users across online, mobile, and social platforms.\nThe position combines hands-on end-user support with ownership of hardware and software procurement\nprocesses, asset governance, and cross-functional administrative coordination.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys operational support, structured processes,\nvendor management, and cost optimisation within a dynamic international environment.\nWhat will you be doing at Miniclip?\nYour primary responsibilities will include:\nIT Support Operations:\no Provide first and second-level support for end-user devices, applications, and workplace tools.\no Configure and deploy standardised laptops and workstations (MacOS and Windows).\no Diagnose and resolve user-side technical issues within the defined IT Support scope.\no Escalate infrastructure, cloud, or security-related issues to the appropriate specialised IT teams.\no Ensure all incidents and requests are properly logged and tracked in Miniclip’s internal ticketing\nsystem.\no Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and knowledge base articles.\nIT Asset & Procurement Management:\no Own the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware and software), from request validation to disposal.\no Manage hardware procurement processes, including vendor research, price comparison, and\ncost optimisation.\no Define and maintain hardware standards for different departments.\no Manage software license requests, assignments, renewals, and optimisation.\no Maintain accurate and auditable inventory of hardware and software assets.\no Act as the primary liaison with IT resellers and technology vendors.\nIT Administrative & Cross-Functional Coordination\no Collaborate with HR on equipment planning for onboarding.\no Support Finance and Legal teams with licensing documentation and contract-related\ninformation.\no Maintain structured reporting related to IT equipment and license allocation.\nWhat are we looking for?\nWe are looking for a structured, organised, and service-oriented professional with a solid technical foundation\nand strong administrative capabilities..\nThe ideal candidate will be strongly skilled in the following:\nStrong end-user support experience (minimum 3 years).\nExperience managing hardware and/or software procurement processes.\nKnowledge of IT asset lifecycle management.\nVendor management and cost optimisation experience.\nGood organisational and documentation skills.\nAbility to balance operational support and administrative responsibilities.\nBasic understanding of networking principles.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.\nAbout Miniclip\nMiniclip is a global leader in games and one of the world's biggest developers and publishers of mobile games, with a mission of unleashing the gamer in everyone.
