You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit IT team, leveraging your expertise to support our on-premises and cloud-based systems. This role demands a proactive, mid or senior-level professional with extensive experience in advanced IT solutions and a passion for innovation within a dynamic gaming environment.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize on-premises and cloud infrastructure across several countries. Monitor, patch and harden systems according to best practices and compliance standards. Develop, test and maintain backups and disaster recovery plans.\n· Cloud Operations: Manage and enhance Azure-based services (Azure Identity, Networking, Security, Storage, Compute) and Google Workspace for seamless collaboration.\n· Endpoint Management: Deploy and maintain Iru (Kandji) and Microsoft Intune for device management across macOS and Windows environments.\n· Network Infrastructure: Collaborate on network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, site-to-site connectivity and access controls.\n· Collaboration Tools: Administration of Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint. OneDrive and LucidLink for efficient file sharing and team productivity.\n· Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex incidents and act as an escalation point for the IT Support Team, providing a rapid response while maintaining system uptime and performance.\n· Strategic Contribution: Partner with the Lead SysAdmin to design IT strategies and support digital transformation initiatives. Contribute to incident response planning, DR testing and infrastructure engineering.\n· Documentation and Training: Maintain detailed system documentation and mentor junior team members to uphold operational standards.\nWhat are we looking for?\nWe’re looking for a skilled communicator with a highly technical background and who has deep hands-on experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to design, troubleshoot, and improve systems across cloud and on-prem platforms.\n· Extensive experience in Azure (Identity, Networking, Security, Storage, Compute).\n· Solid experience with Google Workspace administration.\n· Hands-on expertise with Iru (Kandji) and Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.\n· Good knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktops deployments and automations (ARM, Bicep or Terraform).\n· Build and maintain Conditional Policies and GPO’s.\n· Manage authentication methods (MFA, Passkeys...) and security policies.\n· Strong knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Exchange Online.\n· Build SSO connections between idP’s and platforms.\n· Deep understanding of technologies and protocols like VMware vSphere, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SAML, LDAP.\n· Relevant Windows Server experience.\n· Confident using PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate tasks and manage systems.\nThe ideal candidate will be strongly skilled in the following:\n· Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.\n· Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams across several countries.\n· Proactive, self-driven and able to work solo or in a team.\n· Comfortable mentoring junior staff and contributing to a high-performance culture.\n· Fluently speak and write English.\nThe following skills are desirable but not essential:\n· Ability to travel to remote locations if required.\nAbout Miniclip\nMiniclip is a global leader in games and one of the world's biggest developers and publishers of mobile games,\nwith a mission of unleashing the gamer in everyone.
