Our live titles include Online Soccer Manager, Football Head Coach, Ultimate Football Manager and Mini Football. These are mature games with large player bases, so the UX work is rarely a blank page. It's usually about growing experiences that players already know well and have strong opinions about.\nYou'll be the voice of the player within the team, grounding design decisions in research and data rather than assumption.\nWe're looking for someone with a few games behind them who can own the UX of a feature without much hand-holding.\nWhat will you be doing at Miniclip?\nWireframe and prototype features in Figma, from rough flows through to detailed screens that developers and artists can build from.\nRun user research: moderated and unmoderated tests, surveys, and other sources that can help answer the question in front of you.\nBuild and maintain UX design systems and patterns, and keep them coherent across the games you work on.\nReview feature specs and roadmap plans from a user experience angle, early enough to influence them, and say clearly when something is going to confuse or frustrate players.\nWork with game designers and PMs on the shape of a feature, not just the screens it ends up needing.\nBalance your time across projects and be transparent about what you're prioritising and what you're not.\nLook at how competitors and games outside our genre solve similar problems, and bring back what's useful.\nPartner with artists on handoff. You define structure, hierarchy and flow, they take it to final art.\nWhat are we looking for?\n3+ years of UX design work on mobile products, ideally including live games.\nExperience on free-to-play games, and on products with complex progression or economy systems.\nExperience working on more than one product at a time.\nStrong Figma skills, especially components, variants and prototyping.\nHands-on experience running user research and turning findings into design decisions.\nComfortable with quantitative data. You can look at a funnel and form a hypothesis about it.\nAble to explain and defend design decisions to people who will push back, and to change your mind when they're right.\nExperience building or maintaining a design system.\nSelf-directed. You can pick up a vague problem and come back with something concrete.\nFluent English, written and spoken.\nWhat are we looking for?\nAn informal studio with a flat structure, where designers are expected to have opinions and to say them out loud.
