If you believe in these values and are about being your best self and making an impact; then we would love to have you join the MiniLuxe team\nPosition Overview:\nMiniLuxe is hiring the Host position to support the client experience and studio operations to drive the highest level of hospitality, operational excellence, and consistency across our studios.\nThis role requires a passion for hospitality and 1+ years of experience in retail, spa/salon, or hospitality. This individual should find genuine passion in delivering happiness and connecting with clients. Candidates without relevant experience need not apply.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Service/Hospitality:\nExhibit a deep & natural passion for hospitality while exuding positivity while under pressure.\nProvide exceptional and meaningful service to clients.\nBuild lasting relationships with new and loyal clientele.\nSupports the client experience and studio operations during each shift.\nQuickly and efficiently resolves client issues in the moment or with timely follow up.\nProficiently schedule and prioritize the Zenoti booking system to drive revenue and balance client/team member needs.\nTeam Culture & Support\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize to support the flow of clients and team. \nDisplays a team player attitude- willing to jump in to help support the team of talent without being asked. \nBusiness Driving:\nAccountable to driving studio daily/weekly/monthly revenue goals through retail knowledge, premium service selling/upgrading and schedule optimization.\nProcess transaction/take payment for all retail/services rendered.\nStudio Standards:\nUphold the highest standards of cleanliness consistently throughout the day both on the studio floor and in the clean lab.\nEnsures inventory is regularly and accurately received and accounted for.\nSupports weekly/monthly inventory counts in studio.\nWho You Are:\n· Outgoing, friendly, positive, and love to connect with people.\n· Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills\n.
