You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a highly skilled AEM Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on cloud and related technologies with a deep understanding of full stack development to join our Digital Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade web applications that enhance our content management and digital asset management capabilities. You will design and build re-usable components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM cloud architecture. You will work closely with front-end and back-end teams to create scalable, high-performance solutions for digital experiences.Key Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient AEM cloud-based web applications.\n\nDevelop custom components, templates, workflows, and services within the AEM 6.x framework.Integrate AEM with API endpoints and back-end services.Implement full stack solutions including JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks.\n\nOptimize site structure, metadata, and content for search engine indexing and performance.\n\nCollaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and other developers to translate business needs into functional applications.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and performance tuning efforts. Develop automated unit and integration tests.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Content Management Systems, Search Technologies, and Java-based frameworks.\n\nQualifications/Primary Skills\nBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) or AEM 6.5\n\nStrong experience with Content Management, Digital Asset Management and Search functionalities (Coveo familiarity a plus).\n\nSolid understanding of REST APIs, web services and Adobe Cloud architecture.\n\nHands-on experience on integration external API endpoints.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, and containerized AEM environments.\n\nFamiliarity with front end technologies like HTML, CSS, JS/jQuery.\n\nExperience in Full Stack Java development, including front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).\n\nExperience with AEM development tools\n\nFamiliarity with CICD tools, Git and modern software development practices.\n\nAdobe AEM Developer certification preferred.\n\nAdditional responsibilities\nResponsible for evaluating and designing, developing or modifying programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing.\n\nAnalyze existing programs and/or formulate logic for new systems.\n\nDevelop system design documentation (including GUI design, if required), perform coding, and test/debug programs.\n\nCreate ad hoc or bolt-on programs for integrations or functional business teams as needed.\n\nDevelop conversion and system implementation plans.\n\nPrepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation.\n\nRecommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.\n\nTrain users in system enhancements and modifications.\n\nProvide patch and software upgrades to existing systems as required.\n\nCorrect program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation for program support.\n\nAnalyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.\n\nWorks closely with functional users to enhance and maintain programs.\n\nSPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.
