This role supports the design, deployment, and optimization of technology solutions to ensure system performance, functionality, and data integrity, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences environments.#BetterDayStartNow\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, document, and configure system specifications that align with defined architecture standards and business processes.\nEvaluate hardware-software interfaces and operational requirements to ensure system functionality and compatibility.\nEstablish and maintain system design parameters, configurations, and formats, considering current and projected capacity and capabilities.\nIdentify system performance or functionality issues, implement changes, and test solutions to maintain optimal data handling, integrity, and system efficiency.\nDocument system updates, modifications, testing procedures, and maintenance activities.\nServe as a liaison with technology vendors and other business functions as needed.\nAssess standard platform functionality to determine if customization is required to meet business needs.\nPerform basic maintenance and optimization procedures across primary operating systems.\nDocument detailed technical system specifications based on business requirements.\nKey Skills & Experience:\nExperience in healthcare and life sciences IT environments.\nFamiliarity with systems such as IDX, Salesforce, and SAP is a plus.\nBroad theoretical IT knowledge, typically obtained through advanced education.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to apply computational thinking to real-world technology solutions.\nAbility to design systems for optimal user experience and accessibility.\nCareer Stream: Specialist\nEntry-level individual contributor delivering projects or work assignments in a professional specialty.\nDifferentiating Factors:\nAutonomy: Works under supervision, contributing to smaller or less complex projects.\nOrganizational Impact: Delivers work of limited scope while supporting broader project objectives.\nInnovation & Complexity: Identifies minor system or process improvements; executes small changes as needed.\nCommunication & Influence: Communicates primarily within immediate group; coordinates with internal stakeholders.\nLeadership & Talent Management: Focused on self-development; no direct supervisory responsibility.\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\nGraduate degree.
