If you are a fluent English and Afrikaans speaker, are emotional intelligent and empathetic you may be our next support representative to join our dedicated customer services team in Watford on a hybrid basis.\nYou will be supporting our customers in the UK and South Africa who are using our devices for diabetes care and you will part of a wider team who speak various languages so this truly is a global opportunity within our organisation.\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:\nProvides advice and support to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel responding to product related questions and delivering safe and reliable technical support.\n\nAccurately and consistently documenting customer feedback and troubleshooting completed on the call.\n\nEnsuring on or above-target compliance with call quality standards and manage time effectively by prioritizing calls, follow-up, and administrative tasks to achieve team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI).\n\nActs as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.\n\nRequired Knowledge and Experience:\nEnglish and Afrikaans both written and oral\n\nRequires full job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.\n\nEffective multi-tasking (navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during call).\n\n1-2 years work experience in a customer service environment.\n\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nBenefits & Compensation\nMiniMed offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package\nAt MiniMed, we put people first.
