Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.\nThis position is an exciting opportunity to work with Minimed’s Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:\nFacility & Infrastructure Management\nOversee building safety, security, maintenance and emergency protocols with different service providers (including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil repairs, and general upkeep but limited to)\nCoordinate vendor and contractor agreements for housekeeping, security, landscaping, and repairs\nHandle space planning, asset tracking, and workplace hygiene/environmental standards\nOffice Administration\nSupervise general administrative support services, front-desk operations, and utility/facility record-keeping\nManage office supplies, inventory, and support procurement initiates as per company needs\nAssist management in budgeting, cost control, and vendor invoice processing for facility and admin expenses\nCoordinate logistics for internal events, meetings, and corporate activities\nFacilitate new employee onboarding as needed\nTransport & Fleet Management\nCoordinate vendor managed daily transport operations for employee transit and safety\nMonitor vendor performance and safety compliance guidelines are monitored and documented as per organization standard\nTrack and manage timely vehicle arrival, address employee issues in partnership with transport service provide\nSupport and help local site for security and policy perspective along with site leader and other management teams\nCafeteria Management\nInstrumenting day-to-day functions of canteen for staff and contractual accommodating cafeteria vendor for timely availability of food forr employees during the stipulated time\nWork with Site leader and other stakeholders on BCP process\nSupport site from data collection, data analysis and insights generation across various streams in Employees, Finance, HR, Operations, Facilities.\nDrive continuous improvement and build operational efficiency across various department in Minimed India.\nSupport local compliances like Return to Office, overall training compliance at GCC level and global/govt related compliance like various Tax/Finance, Building, Municipal regulations.\nDIFFERENTIATING FACTORS\nAutonomy: Manages subordinate supervisors and/or experienced team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.\nAuthorizes hiring, firing, promotion and reward within own area.\nRequired Knowledge and Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree is a minimum requirement for this role.\nMinimum 10 -12 years of relevant experience\nProven experience in a GCC operations role, preferably in India, with experience working in highly matrixed organization.\nGraduate from reputed college and Postgraduate in Business Administration (desirable)\nHigh empathy and highly collaborative approach\nSound knowledge of GCC operations areas, regulations, and statutory requirements.\nFamiliarity with GCC best practices, policies, and procedures and nuances of developing local culture aligned with HQ ethics.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nAttention to detail, confidentiality, and a
