The role serves as a key HR contact for people-related concerns and helps ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.#BetterDaysStartNow\nKey Responsibilities\nEmployee Relations\nHandle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace investigations.\nPrepare disciplinary documentation (NTEs, notices, warnings, administrative hearing documents, and decision letters).\nSupport disciplinary and performance management processes.\nEnsure compliance with due process and labor law requirements.\nHR Business Partnering\nAdvise managers on employee relations, attendance, conduct, and performance concerns.\nSupport workforce planning, organizational changes, and employee engagement initiatives.\nProvide guidance on HR policies and procedures.\nPerformance Management\nMonitor probationary employees and facilitate regularization reviews.\nSupport performance improvement and development plans.\nPartner with managers on employee coaching and performance discussions.\nCompliance & HR Operations\nEnsure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.\nSupport audits, employee documentation, and HR reporting.\nMaintain accurate employee records and case documentation.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles.\nWorking knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations practices.\nStrong communication, investigation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is an advantage.\nCore Competencies\nEmployee Relations\nLabor Law Compliance\nWorkplace Investigations\nPerformance Management\nStakeholder Management\nCommunication & Business Writing\nProblem Solving\nConfidentiality & Professional Judgment\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nBenefits & Compensation\nMiniMed offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package\nAt MiniMed, we put people first.
