About the Role

At MiniMed, we are committed to making every day better for people living with diabetes. As a Marketing Program Manager, Americas, you will play a pivotal role in bringing that mission to life by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of key marketing initiatives and product launches. This highly visible role serves as the connective tissue across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams, driving alignment, accountability, and operational excellence to ensure programs are delivered successfully and create meaningful impact for our customers and patients.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
• Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
• Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place.
• Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.
• Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.

Must Have Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of marketing program management experience

OR

Advanced degree with 3+ years of marketing program management experience

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry
• Proficiency creating and delivering executive-level presentations
• Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across functions, geographies, and levels in a highly matrixed, cross functional environment
• Familiarity with market research, competitive intelligence, and business case development for organic and inorganic growth opportunities

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$109,000.00-$185,000.00

For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $121,000.00-$205,000.00USD.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
