If you’re energized by blending technology, strategy, and purpose, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference at scale.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned\nLead the design of scalable, secure Salesforce architecture that address complex business needs across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global standards and Salesforce best practices, support APAC CRM Delivery.\n\nCollaborate closely with global and regional Salesforce Solution Architects, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to understand, document, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\n\nOversee the integration of Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware (e.g., WebMethods, MuleSoft, Informatica), and data integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.\n\nGuide and govern the use of DTL tools/platforms for efficient data transformation and loading within Salesforce projects.\n\nCreate, review, and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, architecture diagrams, process maps, and KDD (Key Design Decision) documents to guide development and ensure solution quality.\n\nIdentify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards.\n\nApply business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation best practices, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.\n\nMentor and provide technical leadership to project teams, fostering knowledge sharing and best practice adoption throughout the Salesforce solution lifecycle.\n\nCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating alignment and understanding across diverse teams.\n\nUtilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and presentations as needed.\n\nContinuously stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry best practices, proactively identifying and driving opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem. Required Knowledge and Experience:\n\n9 to 12 Yrs experience .
