Reporting to the OneStream, EPMWare and Revenue Reporting platform owner, this role is positioned within the corporate controllership function. This role is focused on end user enablement and support, ongoing maintenance and platform support as well as continuous improvement projects. Remote work opportunity for exceptional candidates.\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.\nProvide end user support and maintain security, ensuring adherence to corporate policy and engaging with IT, the broader systems team and external support providers when necessary\nBecome the go to person for how the platform can best be leveraged to meet end user needs\nPerform data reconciliations and assist with metadata and hierarchy maintenance\nSupport delivery of new OneStream, EPMWare and Revenue Reporting enhancements through testing support and engagement on specific processes that you own within the platform\nSupport reporting roadmap delivery of new functionality, from Ideation through delivery in collaboration with other Finance Systems team members\nEnsure metadata rules are strictly adhered to and ensure rapid enablement of changes\nSupport Audit reviews and ongoing process support\nEnsure end users always have a path forward for questions or issues\nMust Have: Minimum Requirements\nBachelors degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent degree in IT or Business Management and 7+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Systems with corresponding work experience\nOr, advanced degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent degree in IT or Business Management and 5+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Systems with corresponding work experience\nNice to Have:\n3+ years of OneStream admin experience for FPA, Close/Consol and FP&A\nOr, 4+ years of experience as a component administrator for: OneStream, Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, Cognos/TM1 (Certifications a plus)\n1+ year of power user/admin experience in: DRM, EPMWare, Informatica\n1+ year of PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint development experience\nAbility to read database queries and enhance/create simple queries (Databricks, SQL)\nFoundational understanding of cloud and on prem finance systems\nExperience working in traditional finance role withing controllership or FP&A\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across Finance and IT to turn business opportunities into system realities\nStrong Finance knowledge and demonstrated ability to ensure systems are performing correctly\nCollaborative team player with demonstrated ability to work with little direct supervision\nComfortable with the ambiguity inherent to creating new solutions to meet evolving business needs\nDemonstrated ability to quickly add value when taking on new roles or responsibilities\nDemonstrated process improvements leveraging AI\nDemonstrated systems aptitude\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nThe physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
