You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Ship/Rec/Stores Clerk III to join our Distribution Center team in Heerlen, the Netherlands.\nIn this role, you will perform a broad range of shipping, receiving and storage activities and support the smooth day-to-day operation of our Distribution Center. In addition to hands-on warehouse and administrative activities, you will independently handle non-routine tasks, help resolve operational issues and provide guidance and training to colleagues.\nYou will use your experience and knowledge of our operational processes to identify improvements and support special projects or assignments within the Distribution Center.\nThis is a fully on-site position based at our Distribution Center in Heerlen.\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned\nPerform shipping, receiving and storage activities within the Distribution Center, including non-routine operational and administrative tasks.\nReceive incoming materials and prepare products and materials for shipment.\nVerify quantities, weights, product information and documentation and resolve or report discrepancies.\nRegister, track and verify materials and shipments using computer systems and process relevant shipping and receiving documentation.\nWork independently within established procedures and support the resolution of operational issues.\nIdentify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions or minor process improvements.\nSupport special projects or assignments within the Distribution Center.\nProvide guidance, coaching and training to new or less experienced colleagues.\nCommunicate with internal and external contacts as needed to support daily operations.\nRequired Knowledge and Experience\nMinimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, for example within logistics, warehousing, shipping, receiving or a distribution environment.\nBroad knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes, systems and procedures.\nComfortable using computer systems to register, track, verify and report materials and shipments.\nAble to work independently and use judgment to resolve operational issues.\nAble to identify opportunities for improvement and propose practical solutions.\nExperience supporting, coaching or training colleagues is an advantage.\nAccurate and quality-conscious, with good attention to detail.\nGood communication skills in Dutch and/or English.\nRelevant vocational education or certification, such as an MBO qualification in logistics, is considered an advantage.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nBenefits & Compensation\nMiniMed offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package\nAt MiniMed, we put people first.
