You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Ship/Rec/Stores Clerk IV to join our Distribution Center team in Heerlen, the Netherlands.\nIn this role, you will perform complex shipping, receiving and storage activities while helping coordinate the day-to-day work of the team. You will act as an experienced point of contact for colleagues, provide guidance and training, and may support the supervisor or manager in leading daily operations.\nYou will use your advanced operational knowledge to resolve issues, support complex or special assignments and help identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.\nThis is a fully on-site position based at our Distribution Center in Heerlen.\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned\nPerform complex shipping, receiving, storage and related administrative activities within the Distribution Center.\nCoordinate and support day-to-day operational activities and help ensure work is completed according to established procedures and priorities.\nReceive, prepare, verify and process products, materials, shipments and related documentation.\nUse computer systems to track, register, verify and report materials and shipments.\nIndependently handle operational issues and complex or special assignments within the Distribution Center.\nSupport the supervisor or manager by providing instructions, delegating tasks and reviewing the work of other team members where required.\nProvide guidance, coaching and training to colleagues and act as an experienced point of contact within the team.\nWork with the supervisor to identify and recommend improvements to systems, processes and ways of working.\nCommunicate with internal and external contacts on operational matters as needed.\nThis position may act as a team lead or assistant to the supervisor or manager but does not have formal people management responsibilities.\nRequired Knowledge and Experience\nMinimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, for example within logistics, warehousing, shipping, receiving or a distribution environment.\nAdvanced knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes, systems and procedures.\nExperience handling complex operational activities and resolving issues independently.\nExperience providing guidance, coaching or training to colleagues.\nAbility to coordinate daily activities, delegate tasks and review work where required.\nAble to identify opportunities for operational improvement and work with the supervisor to implement practical solutions.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAccurate and quality-conscious, with good attention to detail.\nGood communication skills in Dutch and/or English.\nRelevant vocational education or certification, such as an MBO qualification in logistics, is considered an advantage.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nBenefits & Compensation\nMiniMed offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package\nAt MiniMed, we put people first.
