You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world.\nAbout the Role\nThe Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst is an integral member of the Finance organization, responsible for designing and delivering sophisticated financial analytics, forecasting models, and performance reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making across MiniMed. This role combines deep financial expertise with advanced analytical capabilities to support FP&A cycles, business case development, CapEx program analytics, and strategic planning initiatives.As MiniMed establishes itself as an independent MedTech leader, this role is critical in building world-class Finance analytics capabilities that support the company's growth, operational efficiency, and investor value creation objectives.\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.\nDevelops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.\nConducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.\nManages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems.\nMaintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the business.\nMust Have: Minimum Requirements\nTo be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.\nBachelor’s degree and 4+ years of technical analytics experience\nOR\nAdvanced Degree and 2+ years of technical analytics experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDemonstrated mastery of advanced analytics, with full knowledge of industry practices.\nProven experience working with customer-centric data and performing advanced analytics, including forecasting, predictive modeling, and reporting.\nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, and Excel.\nFamiliarity with healthcare or regulated industry data standards.\nProgramming skills in Python or R.\nDashboard experience in PowerBI\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.\nDemonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally and navigating technical discussions (ETL, data integration) with IT and data engineering teams\nProven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork, including acting as a primary contact for specific projects and initiatives.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nThe physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. PR) locations (USD):$87,000.00 - $149,000.00For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $97,000.00 - $165,000.00 USD.\nActual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location.
