we want to hear from you!\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.\nControls the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information between point of origin through receipt at the manufacturing site, through to customer placement in order to meet customer or manufacturing requirements.\nEnsures the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, and related functions.\nEnsures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.\nBuilds relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers through the resolution of delivery issues.\nIntegrates market intelligence from operating entities, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve competitive position.\nAbilities and Skills: Analytical, Project Management, Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, Business Acumen, Learning Agility, Influencing/Negotiation, Cross-level Collaboration and Communication.\nKey Responsibilities\nImport, Export & Transportation\nPerform SURI releases and coordinate delivery appointments with ocean carriers\nMonitor port activity and maintain reports on ocean containers pending delivery\nAdjust local delivery schedules as needed\nGenerate EEI filings for outbound shipments from 3PL when required\nEscalate regulatory blocks to the global team\nWarehouse & Inventory Management\nManage receiving dock space and coordinate inbound material flow\nExecute cycle count activities and manage inventory locations in SAP\nReconcile inventory, resolve discrepancies via virtual orders, transfers, or adjustments\nGenerate manual deliveries and confirm daily order completions (PGI)\nMonitor batch jobs and STO errors; resolve issues preventing handling unit generation or PGI\nSupport Buyers/SQE in blocking and unblocking inventory in SAP\nScrap & Obsolete Materials\nCoordinate movement of scrap and obsolete materials to the facility container\nManage recycling container changes, including follow-up and material composition details\nGenerate purchase orders\nShelf Life & Quality Support\nRun and analyze shelf life reports;
