Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.\nThis position is an exciting opportunity to work with Minimed’s Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned\nLead end-to-end execution of multiple supply chain and distribution center implementation projects across the APAC region.\nDevelop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, risk registers, and governance processes to ensure successful delivery.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Operations, Quality, Regulatory, IT, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, and external logistics partners.\nDrive distribution center startup, expansion, relocation, and optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational objectives.\nManage 3PL selection, onboarding, implementation, and performance readiness activities as required.\nPartner with business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, success metrics, and operational readiness plans.\nLead project governance routines, including executive status reporting, stakeholder communications, decision tracking, and issue resolution.\nIdentify project risks, dependencies, and constraints and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and business continuity.\nCoordinate systems integration activities, including ERP, WMS, transportation, and reporting solutions, to support operational deployment.\nSupport testing, training, cutover planning, and go-live execution activities to ensure successful transitions into operations.\nFacilitate alignment among regional and global stakeholders while managing competing priorities across multiple projects.\nEstablish and maintain performance metrics and implementation dashboards to monitor project health and business outcomes.\nDrive continuous improvement opportunities across logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field.\n7+ years of program or project management experience leading complex supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience managing distribution center implementations, warehouse startups, network transformations, or large-scale logistics projects.\nExperience working with 3PL providers and outsourced logistics operations.\nWorking knowledge of ERP, WMS, inventory management, transportation management, and supply chain systems.\nProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, global environment.\nStrong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and executive communication skills.\nExperience supporting geographically dispersed teams across APAC and global organizations.\nPMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, or related certification preferred.\nMedical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience preferred.\nAbility and willingness to travel internationally within the APAC region as business needs require (approximately 20-30%).\n\nDifferentiating FactorsAutonomy Operates with a high degree of independence to lead complex, cross-functional programs and implementation initiatives. Responsible for defining project strategies, managing execution plans, and driving results through influence rather than direct authority.\nOrganizational Impact Leads programs that directly impact supply chain performance, distribution network capabilities, service levels, operational readiness, and business continuity across the APAC region.\nInnovation and Complexity Manages multiple complex implementation projects involving diverse stakeholders, systems, processes, and external partners. Solves ambiguous business and operational challenges through structured program management and strategic problem-solving.\nCommunication and Influence Influences senior leaders, business partners, and external providers to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive successful program outcomes. Builds strong relationships across functions, geographies, and organizational levels.\nLeadership This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Success is achieved through program leadership, stakeholder alignment, project governance, and cross-functional influence.\nRequired Knowledge and Experience\nBachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant program management experience within supply chain, logistics, distribution, operations, or related functions, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
