In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our Global Capability Center (GCC) delivery model, supporting critical Sales and Clinical platforms while accelerating the adoption of AI-driven capabilities across the Salesforce ecosystem.\nYou will work closely with global business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and delivery teams to build scalable Salesforce solutions, support ongoing digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to the future AI strategy of the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine deep Salesforce expertise with emerging AI technologies in a mission-driven company focused on improving the lives of people with diabetes.\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.\nBuild and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.\nPartner with Product Managers, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nSupport critical business functions across Sales, Clinical, Customer Service, Marketing, and Digital initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications such as SAP, Data Platforms, Middleware, and external solutions.\nParticipate in Agile development activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability, performance, and scalability.\nSupport DevOps, CI/CD, Release Management, Quality Engineering, and governance processes.\nCreate and maintain technical design documentation, process flows, solution diagrams, and development standards.\nMentor junior team members and contribute to GCC capability development, knowledge transfer, and best-practice adoption.\nApply AI and Generative AI concepts to improve development productivity, business processes, and customer experiences.\nDemonstrate understanding of AI concepts including:\nLarge Language Models (LLMs)\nAI Agents and Agentic Workflows\nPrompt Engineering\nRetrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)\nEnterprise AI Platforms\nResponsible AI Principles\nCollaborate with teams evaluating and implementing AI capabilities within the Salesforce and enterprise technology ecosystem.\nStay current with Salesforce platform innovations, AI trends, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.\nRequired Knowledge and Experience\n6 to 10 years of total IT experience.\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.\nStrong expertise in:Salesforce Sales Cloud\nSalesforce Service Cloud\nApex Development\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nSalesforce Flows\nIntegration Design and Development\nREST/SOAP APIs\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governor limits.\nExperience supporting global business stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I.\nSalesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.\nSalesforce Administrator or Sales/Service Cloud certifications preferred.\nExperience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, or similar technologies is preferred.\nWorking knowledge of AI concepts including:Prompt Engineering\nLarge Language Models (LLMs)\nAI Agents\nGenerative AI Fundamentals\nAI-assisted Software Development\n\nExperience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries is preferred.\nPreferred Skills\nSalesforce Sales Cloud\nSalesforce Service Cloud\nMarketing Cloud (nice to have)\nApex\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nSalesforce Integration Patterns\nMuleSoft / Informatica / Boomi\nGit, CI/CD, DevOps\nPrompt Engineering\nGenerative AI\nAI Agents\nEnterprise AI Platforms\nAgile Methodologies\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nBenefits & Compensation\nMiniMed offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.\nAt MiniMed, we put people first.
