You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world.\nAbout the Role\nThe Sr. Physical Security Supervisor supports the day-to-day security operations of an assigned corporate campus operating on a 24/7 basis. This role is responsible for the oversight of contracted security officers, access control administration, incident response, and daily coordination with Facilities, HR, and site leadership to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and contractors.\nThis position is onsite at our corporate headquarters in Northridge, CA\nResponsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned.\nOversees daily physical security operations across the campus, including guard force performance, post coverage, and patrol activity.\nConducts daily walkthroughs and safety inspections of interior/exterior areas, parking areas, and high-risk zones, coordinating corrective action with Facilities and EHS as needed.\nLeads shift briefings for contracted security officers and performs regular spot checks to confirm posts are staffed, equipped, and operating to standard.\nManages onboarding and offboarding of contracted security personnel, including training compliance, roster accuracy, and access provisioning/deactivation.\nAdministers the campus access control program, including badge issuance, visitor management, and escort procedures for restricted areas.\nMonitors CCTV systems and alarm platforms to detect and respond to security or safety concerns in real time.\nActs as an on-site incident lead during emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement, fire, and EMS as required.\nSupports Global Security, HR, and Employee Relations investigations by reviewing camera footage, access logs, and building factual timelines while maintaining strict confidentiality.\nLeads awareness campaigns; promotes a culture of preparedness and vigilance with employees and visitors.\nPlans and executes security coverage for on-site events, including staffing, access controls, and post-event debriefs.\nMaintains incident logs and compiles regular reports on security trends, KPIs, and corrective actions for site leadership.\nBuilds and maintains strong working relationships with vendor security partners to ensure adherence to performance standards and contract requirements.\nServes as a point of contact for employees and visitors on day-to-day security matters and campus safety questions.\nReviews and recommends updates to physical security procedures to align with industry best practices.\nSupports workplace violence prevention efforts through observation, reporting, and coordination with the broader security team.\nMaintains strong relationships with local law enforcement, fire, EMS and other agencies to support effective incident response and community coordination\nMust Have: Minimum Requirements\nBachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in physical security operations, including direct or indirect oversight of contracted security officers\nOr, advanced degree and 1+ years of experience\nNice to Have:\nExperience supervising or coordinating internal or contracted guard force personnel in a corporate or campus environment\nWorking knowledge of access control systems, CCTV platforms, and incident reporting tools\nAbility to remain composed and make sound decisions during emergency situations\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in logs and documentation\nExperience supporting HR/ER investigations in a security capacity\nAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, occasional weekends to support 24 coverage\nFamiliarity with workplace violence prevention/ threat assessment principles\nProfessional security certifications (e.g., APP, CPO, PSP ) a plus\nCPR/ AED Certification\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nThe physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. PR) locations (USD):$75,000.00 - $127,000.00For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $97,000 - $165,000 USD. \nActual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location.
