A strong fit for a recent graduate who's detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to learn by doing.\nWhat You Will Do:\nCoordinate logistics and vendors for US trade shows and marquee events, including booth build, shipping, and on-site setup/teardown\nBuild and manage on-site staffing schedules and shift coverage for US event presence\nRun lead and badge-scan operations at events\nSet up and manage post-event follow-up flows (email sequences, SFDC lead routing)\nDraft first-pass post-event reports against the standardized reporting format\nSupport logistics for US regional events, including executive dinners, happy hours, and local activations (venue sourcing, catering, invite/RSVP management)\nSupport Community/Developer event logistics in the US (meetups, local developer events)\nTrack event budgets against actuals and flag discrepancies\nProvide general administrative support to the Director of Field Marketing & Events, including scheduling, vendor invoicing, and calendar maintenance\n\nYour Skills and Experience:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience\n0-2 years of professional experience; an internship or coursework in events, marketing, or hospitality is a plus\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\nComfortable juggling multiple deadlines and vendors at once\nClear written and verbal communication skills\nWilling to travel (approximately 25%, depending on event calendar)\nWhat We Offer:\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\n401K with 3% Contribution\nPre-IPO Stock Options\nAt least 12 Public Holidays\nFlexible Time Off\nEqual Opportunity Policy (EEO)\nMinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
