This is a great opportunity for a partner management professional with a few years of hands-on experience who's ready to take on more ownership, work closely with senior leadership, and grow their career in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.\nWhat You Will Do:\nChannel Development:\nIdentify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand MinIO's market presence.\nNurture and develop existing channel relationships for mutual growth and success.\nGrow Partner-led opportunity Pipeline & achieve Partner Attached ARR targets.\nStrategic Planning:\nCollaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.\nDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive joint marketing, sales, and product initiatives with channel partners.\nPartner Enablement:\nProvide training and resources to channel partners to enhance their understanding of MinIO's solutions and optimize their sales capabilities.\nCollaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies and co-selling opportunities.\nPerformance Analysis:\nTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of channel partnerships.\nAnalyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize partner performance.\nMaintain an accurate pipeline and forecast of your partner’s MinIO business opportunities.\nCollaboration and Communication:\nFoster open lines of communication between MinIO and channel partners to ensure a seamless and productive relationship.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to address partner needs and resolve any issues promptly\nClose collaboration with the Sales & customer-facing team to drive Partner-attached opportunities to closure.\nYour Skills and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.\n5+ years of proven experience in channel partner management, within the technology and storage industry with deep experience in software defined services\nDeep understanding of the US market and channel dynamics.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nWhat We Offer:\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\n401K with 3% Contribution\nPre-IPO Stock Options\nAt least 12 Public Holidays\nFlexible Time Off\nEqual Opportunity Policy (EEO)\nMinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
